Frequently asked questions.
What is the cost for Microcement?
Common question, like any remodel project, it depends on a number of factors, the size of the space, the amount and type of materials needed, other work required to prepare the area are a few determining factors. The simple answer is it takes less time to resurface an area than to demolish and rebuild so there is significant time and labor savings, plus the material itself from a cost point of view, it is inline with tile, granite and similar surfacing options so ultimately it is not more costly than other quality options, the best way to know is to contact us to tell us more about your project.
How long does it take?
Like the answer to the cost, it depends on the scope of work. Some important points, there is no time or cost required to demolish and haul away debris, if your surface is structurally sound, the process can begin without delay on your current floor, counter or wall. Foot traffic is allowable after 24 hours, most projects average 3 to 5 days again depending on a number of details we would need to know to provide a firm timeline.
